About Me

I got interested in Linux when doing my Chemistry PhD in Newfoundland, Canada. A friend set up a dual boot on my PC with WIndows and Slackware, in roughly 1994. I was a some-time user for a long time. More recently I have become more savvy and a lot more interested in several versions of Linux and how they work. I passed the exams Red Hat System Administrator and Red Hat Certified Engineer this year (2016) in India with Koenig Solutions. I think I would like a job working with Linux in the near future.
