VIRTUAL! To beat the Corona virus!

For the time being, we'll be meeting using meet.jit.si/SurreyLUGBaB each 2nd and 4th Saturday. We may just be having a natter, or there might be presentations, in which case full details will be on the mailing list. Timing may be flexible, people might drift into the meeting as early as 11am, and if there's useful discussion it might go on until late afternoon.

Feathers pub, Merstham, John W The staff had forgotten our booking, due to using an iPad (ugh!), so we lost our usual space. Despite this setback, it was a good meeting. I wished I'd paid more attention to the long session Peter and Martin were having with ssh'ing into a RaspPi and setting up something.

Bring-A-Box, Saturday 11th January 2020, Richmond Arms, Godalming

Happily another successful meeting, in the function room upstairs in the Richmond Arms. About 15 of us. Of course my stand-up comedy spot was received with the same degree of enthusiasm as it always is, I don't know how to express my gratitude! Alas, it's time to move on, all of my jokes have been original creations, featuring penguins and open
