OggCamp 2012: 8th to 19th August 2012, Liverpool John Moores University

 OggCamp is the biggest community organised Linux event in the UK. Now in its fourth year, this annual unconference focuses not only on free software but also on open hardware hacking and free culture. This barcamp-style event is brought to you by the folks behind the Ubuntu UK Podcast and Linux Outlaws as well as many awesome volunteers.

FOSDEM 2013: 4th & 5th Feb 2012 in Belgium

FOSDEM is the biggest free and non-commercial event organized by and for the community. Its goal is to provide Free and Open Source developers a place to meet.

This year's event is on 4th and 5th February at at the ULB Campus Solbosch, Brussels, Belgium. Registration is not necessary.

We have technical sessions (technical? yes, but with a good element of social as well!) which by convention run on the second Saturday of each month. Bring a 'box', bring a notebook, bring anything that might run Linux, or just bring yourself and enjoy socialising/learning/teaching or simply chilling out!
