Head scratching - Adrian's LA775 PC won't POST and it looks like a ruck between BIOS and CPU: keep us posted Adrian!

On AnthonyX's laptop sound doesn't work (sound familiar?) with Mandriva or Xubuntu, but we did make progress with the unrecognised flash drive.

Another laptop got a backup and Suse installation for image processing as I recall.
