We were impressed with how professional Knoppix is, even from the moment when you first boot it off the CD, and the way it detects pretty much every piece of hardware within 20 yards! Ian has also installed Knoppix on a hard drive and DSL (Damn Small Linux, 50Mb) on a USB stick.
