Auto-hyperlinks

I would like to be able to define terms that should auto-link to another site.  E.g. the word Debian should always autoline to debian.org, and Ubuntu to ubuntu.com.
This would need to be carefully controlled, but properly handled I believe this would improve the user experience, particularly for newer users.
