Desmond gave a presentation on installing Broadcom Wi-Fi showing how the firmware can be taken from the Windows driver. He also showed how a laptop which uses a software driven button for switching the Wi-Fi on/off can be made to work. For the video projector naturally he used his ASUS EEE for the purpose! Slides in
